Employee Wellness Programme
The Human Resources Department believes that good health of employees, both in psychosocial and physical terms, make them to be happy and more productive employees. SASSETA has a wellness programme in place for its employees. In partnership with its stakeholders, SASSETA also runs road-shows and wellness days on a national scale especially around causes and treatment of HIV and AIDS.
Corporate Services Department also holds the responsibility of managing the legal aspects of their organization to ensure fair and equitable business arrangements with suppliers and other subcontractors and maintains the legal integrity of the organization.
